Improves health
Through this app, I have changed my sleeping habits. I look at my previous sleeping habits, compared to how I felt on that day, to determine my optimal number of sleep hours per night. When I did not meet my goal in one day, I would strive to do better the next day. My mood is now better and I tend to make better daily choices. This is how this app has improved my health.
