Disappointed

I downloaded the app and used it for about a week and it was good. It tracked in bed, light sleep, and deep sleep. After about a week it stopped working correctly and only tracked in bed time showing me awake all night. I reset it and it worked one time and went back to showing me awake all night. I contacted customer support and then have not gotten back to me. I would like it to work but it just doesnt.
